We use Calendly LLC (USA) to manage appointment and session scheduling. When you book a session through our scheduling link, Calendly collects the personal data you provide (such as your name and email address) in order to confirm and manage your appointment.
As Calendly is based in the United States, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Such international transfers are carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, which provide appropriate safeguards for your personal data.

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than two (2) course sessions have been attended or accessed online. After this period, or once more than two sessions have been completed, refunds are no longer available.
If you believe your refund request has been unfairly denied, or if you have any other dispute relating to your enrollment, please contact us through the contact form. We will acknowledge your dispute within 2 business days and work with you to reach a fair resolution. If we are unable to resolve the matter directly, we may refer it to an independent mediator.
